Join our Yoga Workshops every school holiday, where we dive deeper into practices for children (Limited to 8 children). We will explore body awareness and balance through playful poses and storytelling; mindfulness, breathing techniques, and confidence-building; & advanced postures and emotional well-being practices to manage stress and build resilience.
