Hi, I am Renata. I am a certified yoga teacher with over 800 hours of training. In 2018, I trained as a Hatha teacher, but my classes are also deeply inspired by my Ashtanga and Iyengar practices. I blend these styles with a focus on alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. My belief that yoga can benefit everyone has led me to make my teaching accessible to all: children, teenagers, young adults & seniors.
I discovered yoga in 2014. What I found was more than movement—I found my breath, my centre, and my home. Yoga reminds me that even when life gets tough, I am strong, resilient, and my own best friend. Through kindness and respect for myself, I create space to share the same energy with others, sharing these teachings to those around me.
Beyond yoga, I feel most at home when swimming, staying present with my daughter, and cherishing time with friends. Yoga is my practice, and peace is my purpose. I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
